YBhg Haji Zainol Aman Shah
Chief Executive Director
YBhg Haji Zainol Aman Shah joined the Board on 19th March 2024 and became the CEO on 1st June 2024. He isalso a significant shareholder of the company. He holds a foundation in the Look East Policy from Malaya University and a degree in Electrical Electronics from Okayama University, Japan.
With over 27 years of experience in the glass manufacturing industry, Haji Zainol began his career at NipponElectric Glass (M) Sdn. Bhd. in 1995. He steadily progressed through key roles, starting as a CRT Quality Engineerand advancing to General Manager, overseeing divisions such as CRT Production, Glass Fiber, and ConsumerGlass. In 2008, he became NEGM Overall Production Director, and by 2017, he was appointed NEGM Director,responsible for both production and administration. After retiring in March 2022, Haji Zainol left a lasting legacyof leadership and operational excellence.
YBhg Puan Hajah Murni Binti Keman

YBhg Puan Hajah Murni Binti Keman, a committee member and shareholder, has been part of the Board since 18th July 2024.
With extensive experience in the F&B industry, specializing in Malay traditional cuisine, as well asin the Batik fashion business, she brings valuable ideas and strategic contributions to the Board.
YBhg Dr. Mohamed Afzal Bin Mohamed Ayoob

YBhg Dr. Mohamed Afzal Bin Mohamed Ayoob is a General Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in Primary Care Medicine, Blood Transfusion Medicine, Anaesthesiology, and Cardiology. A graduate of CrimeaState Medical University in Ukraine, he is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
As the founder of the Mikhail Medical Group of Clinics, which operates a network of clinics across the KlangValley and is rapidly expanding, Dr. Afzal combines his medical expertise with his growing business acumen. Inaddition to leading his own clinics, he serves as the Medical Director for ArCare Holdings Sdn Bhd.
Dr. Afzal’s unique blend of medical knowledge and business experience positions him to drive the company’sgrowth, particularly in industries focused on green initiatives.
